On-line system of Customer Relationship Management or CRM helps to settle steady work with clients on every stage, from first contact with the company to product supply. CRM module is developed considering work peculiarities on polygraphic services market. It consists of client and manager units.
Manager unit of the module allows fulfilling complete accounting of clients’ orders and queries, provides storage and management of all information regarding every customer. System capabilities: easy management and editing of orders, convenient working with files etc.
Client unit of the module allows customer to query about service cost, to send necessary order to work or cancel a work beginning. Along with order parameters specification there is a possibility of work files and documents exchange. The unit provides a possibility to edit the order and accompanying documents. CRM system allows to customer to track progress of every order.
