The budgeting system for Ukrainian Gas Financial and Consulting Group is developed for automation of payment budgeting of enterprises to facilitate the financial department work on cash flow coordination.

The system consists of corporate database and corporate web-site for accumulation, managing and remote access of companies and for all concerned. Three levels of access are provided:

• 1st level — 'Kyiv office' — users can browse and edit all available information.
• 2nd level — 'Department' — users can browse information regarding their department and enterprises it consists of without the right to edit.
• 3rd level — 'Enterprise' — users have an access only to information about the enterprise with restricted abilities of editing.

The particular advantage of developed budgeting system is flexible administrating system that allows changing all presets and options without help of developers.
